Lance Humphrey, CFA, is Executive Director of Global Multi Asset Portfolios at USAA Asset Management Company. Mr. Humphrey has started to engaged in investment since 2006. He holds a B.A. of Finance from Texas State University. He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the CFA Society of San Antonio.

Biyografi	Free Foutz is the Portfolio Implementation Manager for Victory Capital Management with over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Victory Capital Management, Mr. Foutz managed the Sub-Advisory Oversight Team for Charles Schwab Investment Management. He was also a voting member of CSIM’s Investment Oversight Committee. Previously, Mr. Foutz worked as a Senior Institutional Investment Analyst for Schwab’s Retirement Investment Services department conducting in- depth manager research and authoring proprietary research reports. Prior to that, he worked as a Registered Representative within Schwab Retirement Plan Services, counseling plan participants on a wide array of topics including personal finance and asset allocation and gaining unique insight into investor behavior. Mr. Foutz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. He is also a former Series 7 and Series 63 license holder. He currently holds the Series 3 license.

Biyografi	Mr. Kefer is a Senior Portfolio Manager/Analyst of NewBridge. He is a member of the Large Cap Growth Equity Portfolio Management Team. He joined Victory and/or an affiliate in 1999 following 6 years prior investment experience. Prior to joining Victory, he held a similar position in the Campbell, Cowperthwait division of U.S Trust Company. Mr. Kefer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Skidmore College and is a CFA charterholder.

Biyografi	Mannik S. Dhillon serves as President of VictoryShares and Solutions for Victory Capital. In his role, he leads and oversees the firms' exchange-traded and solutions business. He is also responsible for setting the strategy and initiating the development and implementation of Victory's strategic beta-based offerings. Additionally, he manages the solutions provided by our investment franchises, which includes product enhancements, extensions and innovations designed to best meet the needs of clients. Mr. Dhillon also contributes to the evaluation of capabilities of potential new franchises as part of the firm's acquisition strategy.

Biyografi	Stephen Hammers has been the Chief Portfolio Strategist of VictoryShares since April 2017 and a portfolio manager of the Fund since inception. From 2015 - April 2017, Mr. Hammers was the Chief Investment Officer of CEMP, a Victory Capital investment franchise. From 2003 - 2015, Mr. Hammers was a managing partner, co-founder and chief investment officer of Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2015. Mr. Hammers is a CIMA® charterholder.
David Hallum	Portfolio Manager	2012	2018
Biyografi	Mr. Hallum is a member of the VictoryShares team. From 2005-2015, Mr. Hallum was a Portfolio Manager of Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2015.
Dan Banaszak	Portfolio Manager	2012	2018
Biyografi	Mr. Banaszak, CFA®, is a member of the VictoryShares team. From 2011-2015, Mr. Banaszak was a Portfolio Manager/Analyst of Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, which was acquired by the Adviser in 2015. From 2010 to 2011, Mr. Banaszak was a futures and options trader with the Chicago Board of Trade and an options trader with Lerner Trading Group from 2007 to 2010.
Robert Bateman	Portfolio Manager	2012	2018
Biyografi	Rob Bateman is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst of Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, where he has been employed since 2007. Prior to joining Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, Mr. Bateman was a fixed income and futures trader at Stephens, Inc. from 2004 to 2007 and at PFIC Securities from 2000 to 2004.
Alex Pazdan	Portfolio Manager/Analyst	2012	2017
Biyografi	Alex Pazdan is a Portfolio Manager/Analyst of the Compass Efficient Model Portfolios, LLC, where he has been employed since 2010. Mr. Pazdan is also a founding principal of Persistent Capital Management, a Commodity Trading Advisor launched in 2002. Prior to starting Persistent Capital, Mr. Pazdan was a Senior Market Strategist for Eclipse Capital Management, a Commodity Trading Advisor, in St. Louis, Missouri.
