Biyografi	Francisco (Frank) M. Alonso joined T. Rowe Price Associates in 2000 and is currently a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group and T. Rowe Price Associates. He is also the portfolio manager for the Small-Cap Stock Fund. From 2013 to September 2016 Frank ran the US Smaller Companies Equity Fund (SICAVS) and was the Associate PM for the Small-Cap Stock Fund. Prior to 2013 he worked as an investment analyst in TRP’s U.S. Equity Division covering discount stores, soft goods retailing and hard goods under the consumer industry.

Biyografi	David Wagner is a portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division of T. Rowe Price. Mr. Wagner has 13 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. He joined the firm in 2000 after serving as a summer intern at T. Rowe Price in 1999, covering senior living companies. Prior to this, Mr. Wagner was employed as an associate analyst in the antitrust area by National Economic Research Associates Inc. Biyografi	Greg McCrickard is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is also a portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division and a member of the Equity Steering Committee. Greg is president of the Small-Cap Stock Fund and chairman of the fund's Investment Advisory Committee. In addition, he is a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Mid-Cap Value and Small-Cap Value Funds. Prior to joining the firm in 1986, he was a trust officer at Wachovia Bank.

Biyografi	Preston Athey is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company and a small-company portfolio manager in the U.S. Equity Division. Preston is an Investment Advisory Committee member of four small- and mid-cap funds, and for 23 years until 2014, he was president and portfolio manager of the Small-Cap Value Fund. Prior to joining the firm in 1978, he was a contract administrator on Admiral H.G. Rickover's staff at the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. Preston earned a B.A. in economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Stanford University. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a Chartered Investment Counselor (CIC). Outside of T. Rowe Price, Preston is chairman of the Board of The Hill School, a college preparatory boarding school in Pottstown, PA.
Hugh M. Evans	Portfolio Manager	2001	2004
Biyografi	Hugh M. Evans III is lead portfolio manager for T. Rowe Price Distribution Management Services and manages the Strategic Partners Private Equity Fund. He also has portfolio management responsibilities for the U.S. Small-Cap strategies. Mr. Evans is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. Mr. Evans has 18 years of investment experience, 16 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 1992, he was a financial analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co. in their Mergers and Acquisitions Department. Mr. Evans earned a B.A. in psychology, with distinction, from the University of Virginia, where he was a Jefferson Scholar. He holds an M.B.A. in finance from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. Mr. Evans also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation. In addition, Mr. Evans is chairman of the Catholic Charities of Maryland Investment Committee.

Biyografi	Milano is a chairman of the committee and member of investment advisory committee with T. Rowe Price.He joined T. Rowe Price in 1996.
