Rowe Price International Ltd, covering European small-cap stocks. Ben has been with the firm since 2006. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, he was an investment manager with Baillie Gifford. Ben earned a diploma in investment analysis from Stirling University and an M.Eng. in engineering science from Oxford University. He also has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
Justin Thomson	Portfolio Manager	1998	2021
Biyografi	Justin Thomson has been chairman of the committee at T. Rowe Price International Ltd since 2008. Mr. Thomson is the lead manager of the International Small-Cap Strategy and chair of its advisory committee and manager of the Europe Smaller Companies Equity Strategy. He is a member of the International Equity Steering Committee, the Proxy Voting Committee and the OUS Broker Commission Committee. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he was at G.T. Capital/LGT/Invesco, where he managed European small-cap, global small-cap, and German all-cap portfolios. His investment experience dates from 1991.Mr. Thomson earned an M.A., with honours, in economics from Cambridge University.

Biyografi	Anh Lu has been chairman of the committee since 2009. Ms. Lu is a portfolio manager in the Equity Division of T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Lu is the lead portfolio manager for the Asia ex-Japan Equity Strategy. Ms. Lu is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. She joined the Firm in 2001 and her investment experience dates from 1995. Prior to joining the firm, she was a vice president of the Asia Pacific Technology Investment Banking Division of Salomon Smith Barney in Hong Kong. Before Salomon Smith Barney, Anh spent three years at LGT Asset Management as an analyst and portfolio manager. Ms. Lu earned a B.A. with honours from the University of Western Ontario.
M. Campbell Gunn	Lead Portfolio Manager	2003	2008
Biyografi	M. Campbell Gunn is lead portfolio manager for the Japanese Equity Strategy at T. Rowe Price and a co-portfolio manager for the non-US small-cap equity strategy. Mr. Gunn has 34 years of investment experience, 10 of which have been at T. Rowe Price. Between 1996 and 2002, he worked for Dresdner Bank Asset Manager Group. Mr. Gunn earned a B.A. with honours in jurisprudence from Oxford University. In 1978, he graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law and became barrister-at-law of the Inner Temple.

Biyografi	Dydasco is currently a vice president with T. Rowe Price International, formerly known as Rowe Price-Fleming in Singapore. Her responsibilities include coverage of companies in India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. Previously, she was an investment manager with LGT Asset Management and East Asia Hamon Asset. Prior to that, she was an analyst with Goldman Sachs Ltd. in Hong Kong.

Biyografi	Mark J. T. Edwards is a portfolio manager in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Edwards is co-manager for the Emerging Markets Equity Strategy and Non-US Small-Cap Equity Strategy, specialising in North Asian equities. Mr. Edwards is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He started at the firm in 1984 as an analyst covering beverages, paper and packaging, publishing and transport companies within the UK. He went on to cover European small-caps before being promoted to portfolio manager in 1990. Mr. Edwards earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.

Biyografi	Ford is an executive vice president with T. Rowe Price International, formerly know as Rowe Price-Fleming International. He joined the company as a portfolio manager in 1982. Previously, he spent three years as an analyst with Robert Fleming. Ford holds the Chartered Financial designation.

Biyografi	Wade is chief executive officer of Rowe-Price Fleming International, his employer since 1979. Previously, he spent 11 years in various positions with the Robert Fleming Group.
Benedict R.F. Thomas	Vice President	1988	2000
Biyografi	Thomas is vice president with T. Rowe Price International, his employer since 1988. He has worked in the firm's London, Baltimore, Hong Kong offices and currently works in its Buenos Aires office. Thomas is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
