Biyografi	Melissa has 10 years’ experience in the investment-management industry, particularly in the management of multi-manager portfolios. She was the head of the performance measurement team before being promoted to the portfolio management team in 2006. Since then, she has been the portfolio manager on bespoke client solutions, as well as pooled portfolios and manages the retail and institutional versions of the company’s flagship portfolio range. Melissa’s expertise in constructing portfolios has led to her assuming responsibility for the company’s portfolio construction in 2011, in addition to her portfolio management and research duties. In her role as head of portfolio construction, she is responsible for the rules and principles by which portfolio managers construct and monitor their investment portfolios.

Biyografi	Jako de Jager has 13 years’ investment industry experience and started his career at mCubed Capital, which later became Advantage Asset Management. His current responsibilities include overseeing portfolio management activities, participating in product development as well as investment manager research. Apart from managing one of the company’s flagship portfolio ranges, Jako has been instrumental in developing and implementing new and exciting local and global investment strategies.
