Winnie earned an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business and received her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley. She is fluent in Mandarin and conversational in Cantonese.

Biyografi	Kenneth Lowe is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and manages the firm’s Asian Growth and Income Strategy. Prior to joining Matthews in 2010, he was an Investment Manager on the Asia and Global Emerging Market Equities Team at Martin Currie Investment Management in Edinburgh, Scotland. Kenneth received an M.A. in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Glasgow. Kenneth has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Asian Growth and Income Fund since 2011.

Biyografi	Elli Lee is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and manages the firm’s Korea Strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, Elli worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 10 years, most recently in Korean Equity Sales and previously as an Equity Research Analyst covering South Korea’s engineering, construction, steel and education sectors. From 2003 to 2005, Elli was an Investor Relations Specialist at Hana Financial Group in Seoul. She earned a Master of Science in Global Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School and New York University Stern School of Business, and received a B.A. in Economics from Bates College. Elli is fluent in Korean. Elli has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Korea Fund since 2019.

Biyografi	Robert Horrocks is Chief Investment Officer and a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and has been a Matthews Asia Funds Trustee since 2018. He manages the firm’s Asian Growth and Income Strategy and co-manages the Asia Dividend and Asia ex Japan Dividend Strategies. As Chief Investment Officer, Robert oversees the firm’s investment process and investment professionals and sets the research agenda for the investment team.Before joining Matthews in August 2008, Robert was Head of Research at Mirae Asset Management in Hong Kong.

Biyografi	Yu Zhang is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews. He manages the firm’s Asia Dividend and Asia ex Japan Dividend Strategies, and co-manages the China Dividend Strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2007 as a Research Associate, Yu was an Analyst researching Japanese companies at Aperta Asset Management from 2005 to 2007. Before receiving a graduate degree in the U.S., he was an Associate in the Ningbo, China office of Mitsui & Co., a Japanese general trading firm. Yu received a B.A. in English Language from the Beijing Foreign Studies University, an M.B.A. from Suffolk University and an M.S. in Finance from Boston College. He is fluent in Mandarin.Yu has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Asia Dividend Fund since 2011 and of the Matthews China Dividend Fund since 2012.
S. Joyce Li	Portfolio Manager	2020	2022
Biyografi	S. Joyce Li is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews Asia and co-manages the firm's China Dividend, Asia ex Japan Dividend, and Asia Dividend Strategies. Prior to joining Matthews in 2016, she was a Portfolio Manager and Principal at Marvin & Palmer Associates, where she co-managed equity investments in the Asia Pacific markets between 2007 and 2016. Joyce started her investment career as a Senior Investment Associate at Wilmington Trust. Joyce received an MBA with honors from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Virginia. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a CFA charterholder and has been a board director of the CFA Society of San Francisco since 2016.
Sherwood Zhang	Portfolio Manager	2018	2022
Biyografi	Sherwood Zhang is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews and manages the firm’s China Dividend Strategy and co‑manages the Asia Dividend, Asia ex Japan Dividend, and China Strategies. Prior to joining Matthews in 2011, Sherwood was an analyst at Passport Capital from 2007 to 2010, where he focused on such industries as property and basic materials in China as well as consumer-related sectors. Before earning his M.B.A. in 2007, Sherwood served as a Senior Treasury Officer for Hang Seng Bank in Shanghai and Hong Kong, and worked as a Foreign Exchange Trader at Shanghai Pudong Development Bank in Shanghai. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and his Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Shanghai University. Sherwood is fluent in Mandarin and speaks conversational Cantonese.
Vivek Tanneeru	Portfolio Manager	2014	2020
Biyografi	Vivek Tanneeru is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews Asia and manages the firm's Asia ESG and Asia Small Companies Strategies. Prior to joining Matthews Asia in 2011, Vivek was an Investment Manager on the Global Emerging Markets team of Pictet Asset Management in London. While at Pictet, he also worked on the firm's Global Equities team, managing Japan and Asia ex-Japan markets. Before earning his MBA from the London Business School in 2006, Vivek was a Business Systems Officer at The World Bank and served as a Consultant at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and Citicorp Infotech Industries. He interned at Generation Investment Management while studying for his MBA Vivek received his Master's in Finance from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in India. He is fluent in Hindi and Telugu. Vivek has been a Portfolio Manager of the Matthews Asia ESG Fund since its inception in 2015 and of the Asia Small Companies Fund since 2020.
Jesper Madsen	Portfolio Manager	2006	2013
Biyografi	Jesper Madsen is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews International Capital Management, LLC, and manages the firm’s Asian Growth and Income, Asia Dividend and China Dividend strategies. Prior to joining Matthews in 2004 as a Research Analyst, Jesper was an Analyst at Charter Equity Research and also worked with the Fixed Income group at Barclays Global Investors. He has traveled extensively, including living and working in China. Jesper received a B.A. in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of York in the United Kingdom.
