Biyografi	Mr. Burger is a Senior Portfolio Manager for US Municipal Bond strategies. He is responsible for managing US Municipal Bond strategies for institutional, high net worth and mutual fund clients. Previously, Mr. Burger served as a senior analyst for the firm, specializing in land-secured and special tax bonds. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, he worked at Columbia Management as a portfolio manager and senior research analyst and at Fitch Ratings as a senior-level analyst. Mr. Burger is a former chairman and member of the executive committee and board of governors for the National Federation of Municipal Analysts. He is also a former president of the Boston Municipal Analysts Forum. Mr. Burger has been in the investment industry since 1998. He earned an MPA from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University and a BA degree, cum laude, in policy studies and public relations from Syracuse University.

Biyografi	Dan is the head of municipal bonds at Mellon Investments Corp, overseeing and guiding the investment management process for the firm’s tax-exempt strategies. Previously, he was the head of trading for tax-exempt bonds, responsible for managing the municipal bond trading desk. Before joining the firm, Dan directed the municipal bond group at Fleet where he was responsible for managing mutual fund, common trust fund and high net worth client assets. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Evergreen Investments, where he managed national and state-specific mutual funds. His other responsibilities included hospital and high yield credit analysis. Dan began his career as a municipal analyst at Liberty Insurance Company. Dan has been in the investment industry since 1987. Dan holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Suffolk University. Dan has served as a member of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board's Investor Advisory Group (2004-2008). He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
Mountaga Aw	Senior Strategist	2011	2014
Biyografi	Mr. Aw is a senior strategist for tax sensitive fixed income at Standish Mellon Asset Management Company LLC (Standish), a Dreyfus affiliate. He also is an employee of Dreyfus. Prior to joining Standish in 2010, Mr. Aw worked at Bank of America where he was head of proprietary tax-exempt relative value trading and previously held positions as a fixed-income strategist at JP Morgan.

Prior to his current role, James served as a CIO-portfolio manager at Castleton Partners LLC. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Biyografi	At Standish, Faloon is the Quantitative Analyst and Portfolio Manager for Tax Sensitive Strategies, responsible for housing/quantitative research and assessing relative value of option imbedded securities. He also performs scenario analysis and evaluates index composition versus portfolio positioning. He joined Standish in 1999 from Fidelity Investments. Faloon holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biyografi	Mike joined MacKay Shields in July 2009. Before joining the firm he was a Portfolio Manager for Mariner Municipal Managers. He has been a municipal bond portfolio manager since 1992, and has worked in the municipal products market since 1985. Mike has a broad array of trading, portfolio management, and sales experience. Prior to joining Mariner Municipal Managers, he was a Senior Portfolio Manager at Dreyfus Corporation from 1997 to 2009. From 1992 to 1997, he served as a Portfolio Manager for Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Mike graduated from Hobart College with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics.
Samuel J. Weinstock	Portfolio Manager, Trader	1986	2001
Biyografi	SAM WEINSTOCK, Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst Sam Weinstock joined A.R. Schmeidler & Co., Inc. in 2010 with primary responsibilities in portfolio management and fixed income research. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Weinstock managed the $4.5 billion fixed income portfolio of Nord LB. Mr. Weinstock previously worked for the Dreyfus Corporation for over 20 years where he won numerous awards managing taxable and tax-exempt mutual funds, as well as separate accounts. Throughout Mr. Weinstock’s career, his investment philosophy has stressed conservative, income-oriented strategies across multiple bond sectors to build wealth in varying market conditions. Mr. Weinstock is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida.
