Biyografi	R. Scott Pierce, CFA, has been the portfolio manager since April 2007. He currently serves as a Managing Director at 1919 Investment Counsel and the Head of Fixed Income. From August 2001 to March 2007, Mr. Pierce was co-manager of the Fund. Prior to joining Legg Mason Investment Counsel, a predecessor firm of 1919 Investment Counsel, Mr. Pierce worked at T. Rowe Price Associates. Scott received his B.A. from Washington & Lee University and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Baltimore and the Municipal Bond Club of Baltimore.

Biyografi	Trust is vice president and portfolio manager with Legg Mason Capital Management, her employer since 1987. Prior to joining the firm, she was a management consultant 1984 to 1986. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. And she is a member of the Association for Investment Management & Research (AIMR), the Baltimore Security Analysts Society, and the Municipal Bond Club of Baltimore.
Victoria M. Schwatka	Senior Vice President	1991	1997
Biyografi	Schwatka is a senior vice president with Legg Mason Capital Management, her employer since 1986. Previously, she spent five years as a vice president with ASB Capital Management, and three years as a senior fixed-income portfolio manager with the Florida State Board of Administration. She was also an account officer with Citibank for a year and a portfolio manager with Lazard Freres & Company for six years. She has over 27 years of investment experience.
