Mr. D'Arcy joined Columbia Management in 1999 and has been a member of the investment community since 1996. Prior to joining Columbia Management, Mr. D'Arcy worked on the fixed-income trading desk at Wells Capital Management. Mr. D'Arcy received his B.A. in economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. In addition, he is a member of the CFA North Carolina Society and the National Federation of Municipal Analysts.

He has over 30 years of fixed income portfolio management experience with an extensive background in municipal bond portfolio management. Mr. Smith was a Financial Advisor/Investments at Stifel from September 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, Mr. Smith was CIO/Director at Ziegler Capital Management – BPG Group from November 2015 to July 2019. Mr. Smith began his career in portfolio management with the Adviser in 1986. Mr. Smith also worked as a Principal/Senior Portfolio Manager at Vanguard Group from 1992 to 2009 and as Head of the Barclays Wealth Fixed Income Group from 2011 to 2015. Mr. Smith is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Shidler School of Business, where he received both his Bachelors and Master degrees in business administration.

Biyografi	Christopher Alwine, CFA®, is a principal and head of the Municipal Bond Group at Vanguard. He joined Vanguard in 1990 and has more than 20 years of investment experience. Mr. Alwine leads a team of 30 investment professionals who manage more than $90 billion in client assets and 12 municipal bond funds. He has served in multiple roles throughout his career in the Fixed Income Group, including trading, portfolio management, and credit research. His portfolio management experience spans both taxable and municipal markets, as well as active and index funds.

Biyografi	Hamlin is a managing director and team leader of the tax exempt fixed income team at Putnam Investments, his employer since August 1998. Previously, he served as principal with Vanguard Group from 1986 to 1998 and as assistant vice president and portfolio manager with Provident Institutional Management Corporation from 1984 to 1986. He has more than 17 years of investment experience. David holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
