Along with his role as portfolio manager, Mr. Winters is also an analyst covering the commercial mortgage backed securities, cell tower, and lodging sectors. Prior to joining the fixed income team, he was on the equity research and asset allocation teams at AMCO. Education: B.B.A in finance, Texas State University; M.B.A., St. Mary’s University. He holds the CFA designation.

Biyografi	Shirley joined USAA Investment Management Company in 1988 and currently serves as vice president. He was a vice president for MBank Capital Markets from 1984 to 1988 and for Scor Reinsurance Company from 1976 to 1984. Shirley is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a fellow of the San Antonio Society of Investment Analysts. He was born October 26, 1934 in Houston, Texas, and has done graduate work in finance at the University of Texas.
