Biyografi	Jose Costa Buck is chairman of the Investment Advisory Committee and portfolio manager for the Latin America strategy. Mr. Costa Buck is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International Ltd. Mr. Costa Buck has 17 years of investment experience, 12 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Since joining the firm in 2000, he has been an investment analyst covering Latin American companies. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Mr. Costa Buck was an investment analyst with Merrill Lynch and Robert Fleming group (a partner to the predecessor of T. Rowe Price International Ltd). Mr. Costa Buck earned a B.A. in economics from the Argentine Catholic University and a master’s degree in finance from CEMA University (Centro de Estudios Macroeconomics de la Argentina). He is fluent in both Spanish and English and proficient in Portuguese.

Biyografi	Mark J. T. Edwards is a portfolio manager in the Equity Division at T. Rowe Price. Mr. Edwards is co-manager for the Emerging Markets Equity Strategy and Non-US Small-Cap Equity Strategy, specialising in North Asian equities. Mr. Edwards is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and T. Rowe Price International, Inc. He started at the firm in 1984 as an analyst covering beverages, paper and packaging, publishing and transport companies within the UK. He went on to cover European small-caps before being promoted to portfolio manager in 1990. Mr. Edwards earned an M.A., with honours, in modern history from Cambridge University. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ACA) in the UK.
