Ronovech joined the firm in 2017 as part of the acquisition of the Sentinel Group Funds by Fort Washington’s affiliate, Touchstone Investments. At Sentinel Investments, he was the lead portfolio manager for the Sentinel Small Company Fund from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, Ronovech was a portfolio manager with Paradigm Capital Management, where he co-managed the firm’s flagship Small Cap and SMid Cap portfolios. In addition to

Biyografi	Hilary joined Sentinel in 1998 and is a portfolio manager for the Sentinel Common Stock Fund . Along with her portfolio management responsibilities, she is an equity analyst on the large cap team and covers the consumer discretionary, consumer staples, health care, and IT services sectors. Since the start of her investment industry career in 1992, she has held positions with Schroder Capital Management International and Smith Barney, Inc. Hilary is a graduate of Cornell University and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biyografi	Christian W. Thwaites, President and CEO of Sentinel Asset Management, Inc.since 2005, is responsible for managing Sentinel’s equity and fixed-income portfolio management teams, analysts and trading operations. Prior to joining Sentinel, Mr. Thwaites was CEO and chief investment officer of Skandia Global Funds, PLC, and, prior to that, chaired the investment committee for American Skandia. Mr. Thwaites serves as the Fund’s team leader, overseeing the asset allocation process.

Biyografi	Dan joined Sentinel in 1993 and is director of equity research as well as a portfolio manager for the large core team. He is a portfolio manager for the Sentinel Common Stock Fund and the Sentinel Balanced Fund. He began his career in the investment industry in 1987 as an analyst with Wright Investors’ Service. Dan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma and his MBA from the University of Bridgeport. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biyografi	Matt is a portfolio co-manager for the Small Cap Strategy portfolio and also covers the Energy, Industrials, Materials, and Telecommunications Services sectors. Prior to joining Eagle, Matt was a portfolio co-manager at Sentinel Investments, where he worked on the subject strategy team from 2005-2012 and was a portfolio manager from 2010-2012. He earned his B.A. from Kenyon College in 1993 and an M.B.A. from Indiana University in 1999. Matt is a CFA charterholder. He began his investment career in 1999.

Biyografi	Scott has more than 38 years of investment management experience. He is a founding partner of the firm and leads the small and mid cap investment team. Prior to founding Champlain in 2004, Scott was a Senior Vice President at NL Capital Management, Inc. and served as a Portfolio Manager with Sentinel Advisors, Inc. where he was responsible for managing small cap and mid cap core strategies. He also spent time as a Portfolio Manager and Director of Marketing for Argyle Capital Management in Allentown, Pennsylvania, before joining NL Capital Management, Inc. Scott began his career as a Credit Analyst with the First National Bank of Maryland. Scott graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He earned his Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) designation in 1995 and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Vermont.
Robert L. Lee	Portfolio Manager	1996	2002
Biyografi	Lee is a portfolio manager and director of equity research with Sentinel Advisors, his employer since 1993. Previously, he was a vice president and director of a portfolio-management group at Shawmut. Lee holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research, and the Boston Security Analysts Society.
