Biyografi	Kevin Holt, CFA (co-lead manager), Portfolio Manager, who has been responsible for the Fund since 2010 and has been associated with Invesco and/or its affiliates since 2010. Mr. Holt was previously Managing director and portfolio manager for the U.S. value strategy at Van Kampen, which he joined in 1999 and was portfolio manager of the Portfolio since April 2005. Before joining Van Kampen, he served as a senior research analyst at Strong Capital Management and as a portfolio manager/research analyst at Citibank Global Asset Management. He began his career as a senior financial analyst for Harris Trust and Savings Bank. Mr. Holt earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.
Norman MacDonald	Vice President	2013	2020
Biyografi	Mr. MacDonald joined Invesco in 2008 as portfolio manager. Mr. MacDonald began his investment career in 1994 at State Street Bank and Trust as a derivatives analyst. He later moved to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board, where he worked for three years in progressive roles from research assistant to portfolio manager. His next role was as a vice president and partner at Beutel, Goodman & Co. Ltd. Prior to joining Invesco, Mr. MacDonald was a vice president and portfolio manager at Salida Capital Corp. He earned a BComm from the University of Windsor and is a CFA charterholder.
Tyler Dann	Portfolio Manager	2009	2013
Biyografi	Tyler Dann II has been a member of the RS Value team since 2014. From 2014 through 2016, he was with RS Investment Management Co. LLC, which was acquired by Victory Capital Management in 2016. Prior to that, he was Portfolio Manager and Senior Research Analyst with Invesco Advisers, Inc. , where he served as co-Portfolio Manager for the Invesco Charter Fund, the Invesco VI Core Equity Fund and the Invesco Energy Fund.Previously, he was Senior Research Analyst at Banc of America Securities. Prior to that, Mr. Dann held various energy research positions at Credit Suisse First Boston and SBC Warburg. He is a CFA charterholder.
Andrew Lees	Lead Portfolio Manager	2008	2013
Biyografi	Andrew Lees is the lead portfolio manager for both the Invesco Energy team and the Gold and Precious Metals team. Mr. Lees entered the financial industry in 1994 before joining Invesco in 2005. Previously, he was director of investment banking with Trinity Capital Services. He also served as an energy analyst with RBC Capital Markets, Stifel, Nicolaus & Co., Petrie Parkman & Co. and A.G. Edwards. In 1998, he joined Merrill Lynch Canada as vice president of investment banking. Mr. Lees earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in finance and accounting from McGill University.
John S. Segner	Vice President	1997	2009
Biyografi	John S. Segner is the Vice President of INVESCO Funds Group Inc, Denver. He began his investment career in 1980 and joined INVESCO in 1997. Segner holds a MBA degree from University of Texas at Austin and a BS degree in Civil Engineering from University of Alabama.

Biyografi	Samuelson is the director of Quantitative Research with Geronimo. Previously has worked in Investment Management with O'Connor & Associates, Invesco, several private hedge funds, and with separate accounts at Notre Dame. Prior to that, he spent three years as an associate director and senior energy analyst with Swiss Banks Capital Markets, and seven years as a partner with Duff & Phelps.

Biyografi	Grossi is a portfolio manager with Invesco, his employer since 1995. Previously, he was with Westinghouse Pension Investment Corp. from 1988 to 1995.
Daniel B. Leonard	Senior Vice President	1994	1995
Biyografi	Leonard joined Invesco Trust Company in 1975 and currently serves as a senior vice president. Previously, he was president of Heritage Research Corporation for two years and worked in San Francisco as an institutional-securities salesman for six years. He began his career in 1960 in the trust division of Hanover Bank and joined Central Carolina Bank in a similar capacity in 1965.
Timothy J. Miller	Senior Vice President	1992	1994
Biyografi	Mr. Miller, CFA, Co-Portfolio Manager of the small cap growth product suite since 2016 and was Portfolio Manager, Delaware Ivy Small Cap Growth Fund since April 2010.He joined IICO in February 2008 and has served as the portfolio manager for investment companies managed by IICO (or its affiliates) since March 2008. Previous employment included serving as the Chief Investment Officer of Invesco Funds Group, Inc., and as the Chief Investment Officer of the Denver Investment Center of Invesco North America. Mr. Miller holds a BS degree in Business Administration from St. Louis University.
