Biyografi	Stephen Hayes is a Head of Global Property Securities for First State. In his role, Stephen is responsible for management of the Global Property Securities team, one of a number of First State investment teams. The team manages Domestic, Asian and Global Property Securities portfolios for a number of funds. Prior to re-joining First State in September 2012, Stephen was Managing Director at Perennial Real Estate Investments, where he worked for over six years. Before his time at Perennial, Stephen worked at First State Investments as Head of Property Securities. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Management) from the University of Wollongong and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia.

Biyografi	Andrew joined First State Investments in April 2006 as a Senior Portfolio Manager, with 18 years of industry experience.Before joining First State, Andrew worked with UBS Global Asset Management as a Portfolio Manager for the Property Securities Fund which invests in listed property in the Australian equity market. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Deutsche Bank for 10 years in a number of roles including Head of Equity Research and Deputy Head of Asian Equity Research. For many years Andrew was the number one rated Developers and Contractors analyst. His experience also includes coverage of a vast number of stocks and industries, mostly property and asset related.
John Snowden	Managing Director	2006	2009
Biyografi	John Snowden serves as a Portfolio Manager for the Fund and has served in that capacity since June 2015. Prior to becoming Portfolio Manager of the Fund, Mr. Snowden served as Managing Director of Resource Real Estate Global Property Securities (Aust.) Pty Ltd (RREGPS), a 75% owned subsidiary of Resource Real Estate. He served RREGPS in that role from June 2013 to June 2015, and, in that role, was primarily focused on managing an institutional global real estate equity fund. From February 2010 to April 2013, Mr. Snowden served as Managing Director, Head of Global Equity & Real Estate Securities for AIMS Snowden Global Securities Management PL (“AIMS”), a company founded by Mr. Snowden and specializing in the management of Asian and Australian real estate and equity portfolios. Previously, Mr. Snowden held senior real estate security portfolio management positions in the U.S. and Asia at Colonial First State Global Asset Management, UBS Global Asset Management, JPMorgan IM Australia Limited and J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc. Mr. Snowden earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney in Sydney, Australia. Mr. Snowden is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
