Biyografi	Michael McLean is a vice president of Eaton Vance Management, co-director of U.S. small-cap equity and a portfolio manager and equity analyst on Eaton Vance’s small-/midcap team. He is responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction and risk management for the firm’s small- and midcap equity portfolios, as well as coverage of the consumer discretionary and consumer staples sectors. He began his career in the investment management industry with Eaton Vance in 2001. Mike earned a B.S. from Providence College. He is a CFA charterholder.

Griffith Noble is a vice president and portfolio manager for Calvert Research and Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Vance Management specializing in responsible and sustainable investing across global capital markets. He joined Calvert Research and Management in 2016. Griff began his career in the investment management industry in 1996. He has been affiliated with the Eaton Vance organization since 2012. Before joining the Eaton Vance organization, he was an equity analyst with BlackRock, Inc. He was previously affiliated with Byram Capital Management, Emerson Investment Management, Deutsche Asset Management and Putnam Investments. Griff earned a B.S. from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Babson College. He is a member of the CFA Society of Boston and is a CFA charterholder.

Biyografi	Nancy is a Vice President of Eaton Vance Management and a Portfolio Manager for the Small Cap Core Equity products. Nancy’s experience in the investment management industry dates back to 1969. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2006, Nancy was the Chief Investment Officer as well as Portfolio Manager at ForstmannLeff Associates. Nancy founded the current strategies at Wertheim Asset Management, where she built the team up, continuing through its acquisition by Schroder Investment Management in 1994. In 1985 she founded New England Equity Research, which she sold to Tucker Anthony in 1988. She has additional portfolio management and research experience with E.F Hutton & Company, State Street Bank, The Equitable Life Assurance Society, Baker Weeks & Company, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Company. Nancy earned her B.A. from Smith College and is also a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Biyografi	Shimura is senior vice president with MFS Investment Management. She joined the firm in 1987 as a research analyst. Later, she was named an investment officer in 1990, assistant vice president in 1991, vice president in 1992, and a portfolio manager in 1993 and senior vice president in 1999.
Edward E. Smiley	Portfolio Manager	1997	2003
Biyografi	Smiley is a portfolio manager with Eaton Vance Management, his employer since November 1996. Previously, he was with NationsBank as a portfolio manager. His other experience includes the management of assets at InterFirst Asset Management and the sale of equity and municipal bond securities at Dean Witter and Merrill Lynch. Smiley is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research as well as the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts.
