Before joining Eaton Vance, he was affiliated with Investors Financial Services as an analyst in corporate finance and with National Grid, where he worked in business planning and engineering. Justin earned a B.S. from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.S., with high honors, from Boston University. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of Eaton Vance's Asset Allocation Committee.

Biyografi	Brian Shaw is a portfolio manager on the Emerging Markets team. He is responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction, and risk management for the team’s emerging markets strategies. He joined Eaton Vance in 2008. Morgan Stanley acquired Eaton Vance in March 2021. Brian began his career in the investment industry in 2007. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was affiliated with Graham Capital Management, LP. Brian earned a B.A. from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the CFA Society Boston. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biyografi	Andrew Szczurowski is a vice president of Eaton Vance Management and portfolio manager on Eaton Vance’s global income team. He is responsible for buy and sell decisions, portfolio construction and risk management for the firm’s mortgage-backed securities strategies. He joined Eaton Vance in 2007. Andrew began his career in the investment management industry in 2005. Before joining Eaton Vance, he was affiliated with BNY Mellon. Andrew earned a B.S., cum laude, from Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. He is a member of the CFA Society of Boston and is a CFA charterholder.

Biyografi	Eric Stein is the head of investments and chief investment officer of fixed income at Voya Investment Management. As head of investments with broad responsibility for Voya IM’s public markets platforms, Eric leads teams of investment professionals across fixed income, multi-asset strategies and solutions, income and growth and equities as well as leading the Investment Committee comprised of the CIOs across platforms. As CIO of fixed income, he is also directly responsible for portfolio management and oversight of the fixed income platform and serves as the chair of the Fixed Income Asset Allocation Committee, a group that formulates the fixed income platform’s strategic investment themes that informs strategy and risk budgeting across public fixed income portfolios. Prior to Voya, Eric was chief investment officer for fixed income at Eaton Vance and Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was responsible for overseeing over 275 investment professionals managing strategies with approximately $200 billion in assets under management across the fixed income spectrum for institutions and individual investors worldwide. Eric earlier worked on the Markets Desk at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Eric earned a B.S., from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and a CFA ® Charterholder.
Kathleen C. Gaffney	Vice President	2012	2013
Biyografi	Ms. Gaffney has been at Eaton Vance and BMR since October 2012. Prior to joining Eaton Vance in 2012, she was a vice president and portfolio manager at Loomis, Sayles & Company. Ms. Gaffney began her career at Loomis Sayles in 1984. From 1992 to 2012, she served as Vice President and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. From 1988 - 1992 she held served as Vice President and Fixed Income Trader. From 1984 to 1988 she served as a Fixed Income and Equity Trader. Ms. Gaffney holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. She received a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and has been with the investment industry since 1984.
