Biyografi	Mr. Cuellar has been an investment professional since 1992 and joined KCM in 2015. Mr. Cuellar was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the US Small Cap and US Micro Cap Growth Strategies for PineBridge Investments and predecessor firms, John McStay Investment Counsel and Brazos Capital Management from 2000 to 2012. He also served as a Portfolio Manager with Jacob Asset Management in 2012, a Senior Portfolio Manager with Northern Trust’s wealth advisory practice from 2012 to 2015, as well as an Investment Analyst for Lee Financial Corporation in Dallas, TX from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Cuellar holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of San Diego and an M.B.A from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.

Biyografi	Alexander Hancock, CFA, Co-Portfolio Manager and partner. Mr. Hancock has been an investment professional since 1998 and joined Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM) in 2002. Previously, Mr. Hancock was a private equity analyst at ClearLight Partners, LLC and an analyst in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College. Mr. Hancock has served as co-portfolio manager of the Small Cap Fund since 2017 and as portfolio manager of the Large Cap Fund since August 2018. Mr. Hancock holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biyografi	Mr. Gasaway is senior vice president and partner with Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM), his employer since 1991. Mr. Gasaway has been an investment professional since 1982. Prior to joining KCM, he spent 10 years with Waddell & Reed Mutual Funds Group. Mr. Gasaway holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Biyografi	Mr. Bichelmeyer joined IICO in May 2015 as a portfolio manager. Mr. Bichelmeyer joined WRIMCO in May 2015 as a portfolio manager and serves as a portfolio manager for another investment company managed by IICO. Prior to joining WRIMCO, he served as a portfolio manager for Kornitzer Capital Management, Inc. since 2007. Mr. Bichelmeyer earned a BS in Finance from Creighton University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Biyografi	Mr. Sarris, CFA, joined Chiron as Portfolio Manager in 2015. Previously, Mr. Sarris served as a portfolio manager at Kornitzer Capital Management from 2003--2013. From 2013-2015, Mr.Sarris managed his personal portfolio. Mr. Sarris has been an investment professional since 1991. Prior to joining KCM, he was a senior vice president and portfolio manager with Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.
Thomas W. Laming	Lead Portfolio Manager	1998	2003
Biyografi	Thomas is the Lead Portfolio Manager of the Scout Small Cap Equity Strategy. Mr. Laming joined Scout in 2009, when Scout acquired the advisory business of TrendStar Advisors, LLC. Mr. Laming served as President and Chief Investment Officer of TrendStar Advisors, LLC, a firm that he founded, from 2003- 2009. Prior to that, Mr. Laming served as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Kornitzer Capital Management, Inc., (KCM) in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, having joined that firm in January 1993. While at KCM, Mr. Laming served as Chief Equity Strategist for the Buffalo Mutual Funds and was co-lead manager of all equity mutual funds at Buffalo, including the Buffalo Small Cap, Mid Cap, Large Cap, USA Global and Science & Technology funds. Prior to KCM, Mr. Laming served as a Senior Engineer at Martin Marietta in Denver, and served as a Staff Engineer with TRW at the Johnson Space Center in Houston and at TRW’s Space Park Facility in Redondo Beach. As an engineer, Mr. Laming’s work dealt primarily with spacecraft design. Mr. Laming also worked as a technology analyst with Waddell & Reed in Overland Park, Kansas. Mr. Laming is a Senior Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and holds a master’s in business administration from Indiana University, a master ‘s of science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a bachelor’s of science, with highest distinction, in Physics from the University of Kansas.
John C. Kornitzer	Founder	1998	2000
Biyografi	Mr. Kornitzer is the president and chief investment officer of KCM, and has been an investment professional since 1968. He served as investment manager at several Fortune 500 companies prior to founding KCM in 1989. Mr. Kornitzer received his degree in Business Administration from St. Francis College in Pennsylvania.
